      Avantages

      None that I have experienced.

      Inconvénients

      The list is long Too TOO much nepotism. In my opinion, family should be removed from the picture. I have experienced, incompetence, RUDE, degrading behavior. "The family" is pushing out any good person(s) which disagrees with them. I was witness to one parking lot argument when when I saw "You doing like me then get your ?? out the door!"

      Avantages

      Recently came back after a few years away. The grass is NOT always greener at other places. Hard to bash a company that truly cares for its employees. Of course sales people will complain about being held accountable for there results. Hard to argue with a company that has tremendous employee tenure everywhere else in there business. Looking forward to Round 2 with them!

      Inconvénients

      Every company has warts, but it usually takes two parties to create an issue. Better to focus on the positives than thrive on the negatives.
