Thank you for your feedback. At MetaDesign Solutions, we prioritize creating an environment where junior developers can grow, learn, and push their boundaries. Early in a developer’s career is the best time to develop the skills and work habits that will set the foundation for long-term success.
We intentionally do not promote a strict 9-to-5 culture for junior developers because we believe that early career is the time to invest in yourself, take on challenges, and build resilience. Growth often comes from stepping out of your comfort zone, and we aim to foster that growth in our team.
That said, we acknowledge that work pressure can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it’s important for employees to communicate when they feel they need support. We encourage an open dialogue with managers to address these concerns and ensure workloads are manageable while still fostering growth.
