      Unstructured...Undercapitalized...Dishonest with customers...No investment in developing employees...No career opportunities...Senior management clueless as to vision, strategy planning, and managing personnel.

      Good learning environment, supportive management and colleagues, Salary offered is best in Industry

      I am working with Metaoption and I do not see any such cons that are not there with any company.

      Provide ample of opportunities to work accordingly.

      Inconvénients

      A die hard effort is required to manage employees. Upper Management is not able to handle their employees properly. Not proffesional.
