      Avantages

      Great work culture and environment, fair market pay, great benefits, strong and ethical leadership, inspiring mission and values, lovely people, I have a voice and can talk to top leaders about ideas and concerns.

      Inconvénients

      Really nothing that is a strong con. We do fall a bit behind in technology and connecting our different platforms, but we are investing more in that area and it is getting better.

      Avantages

      Great leadership, team, and process improvement initiatives. The organization is not perfect, but the way Methodist Health System goes about developing and improving is unmatched. The culture is always striving to do better, improve the overall experience (for patients and employees), and to welcome everyone who comes through the doors.

      Inconvénients

      There are a few technological barriers, it is a bit outdated with programs and processes. Additionally, the change within the organization is slow, but the system is always improving.
