Good work life balance. People from other sites work well together. Microcontrollers are interesting and lots of opportunities to learn during your career. Exposure to challenges too.
Inconvénients
Too many redundant positions inside. Departments has no ownership and accountability. Cost is too much, hiring redundant people doing nothing. This was the undoing of the company.
