10yThank you for your feedback regarding the lack of co-worker engagement where you work. We have many openings in our Fab in Gresham. Many of the positions we have there are entry level positions. So, the applicants that apply are often just starting out. By accepting employment with us, they have an opportunity to build skills and gain employment experience that can benefit them greatly in the long run. In this way, we also help the local community by offering gainful employment. This does not excuse anyone from putting in an honest day’s work. We expect our supervisors to engage and motivate employees and that everyone is working to their full potential. We are always interested in learning where we can make improvements, so thanks again for the review!
