      Avantages

      Can't think of any as this place is a revolving door of great talent. They sell you a great company then suck the life out of you.

      Inconvénients

      You are a scapegoat for an incompetent CEO, COO, and CTO. The CTO blew over 2 million on an Oracle upgrade and blamed others for his decision. The COO is too busy hiding in his office to understand his own business and plays favorites with people who flatter him. The executives paint a rosy picture to the investment board of directors and blame others for their costly decisions. Like Clark Howard said, never rent to own your AC unit as you'll pay twice the cost.

      Inconvénients

      Success here appears less dependent on performance and more on alignment with leadership preferences. Combined with weak sales execution, inconsistent executive direction, and frequent leadership turnover, this creates an environment that lacks professionalism and long-term stability.
