The CEO and senior leadership care about individual team members and invest in their mentorship and growth. They also set high expectations. It is a really smart, creative and collaborative group of people. Better work-life balance and fewer office politics than I experienced at other jobs.

As with most agencies, there is a lot of work to do at times, but a great opportunity to learn and grow.
