You get exposure to learn things but only if management wants to otherwise they will keep you as gratis resource
Inconvénients
Worst HR team, They will never consider employees situation and treat you badly, use strict language. They will fire you anytime without any notice. If something is missed or something goes wrong, they will put whole blame on you if you made a mistake even though that mistake didn't create the issue. They will play foul and give you unnecessary expensive insurance even if you don't want it and deduct from your salary. They want an excellent employee with peanut salary.
