Great Company - Avis employé Business Development Representative (BDR) Mode Analytics

There are a lot of talented and intelligent people here. Fairly flexible in regards to working hours and how you get your work done. As long as you get it done and do a good job. New leadership can be scary but it seems to be a team that's going to get us to the next stage as a company. Hard decisions are necessary but are obviously a hard pill to swallow. Benefits are stellar and very generous: unlimited pto, parental leave, health insurance covered, internet reimbursement etc.

Not sure if this is a con but many things are changing given the new leadership team but all changes are necessary. Culture is shifting from relaxed to more "hard working." Again, not necessarily a bad thing but this does mean there's been some fat trimming. Seems like there are some people who work tirelessly and others who are just skating by.
