      Interesting projects, promotion of learning and working with new technologies. R&D focused. Work life balance good. People are interesting and passionate.

      Inconvénients

      Office layout is a bit strange so sometimes it was distracting if lots of people in the office but can do work from home. Not much parking in the area.

      Avantages

      Benefits - I have never heard of such good benefits, Even government workers have less coverage. Maturity of the management: productive 1-on-1s focused on employee's well-being Care for their workers, presence in their lows and highs. Skill dev days, paid courses

      Inconvénients

      even though it's hybrid, you can't work anywhere else except your home or the office - laptop can't be anywhere else - so no advantage of getaway while working.
