      - A company in serious trouble. - Repeated turnover in numerous senior management roles underscores the performance frustration. - Overburdened with excessive debt, the interest thereof will break the back of the company. - Old assets inferior to competitors. - Recent merger plans will end in a horrible disaster. - A great time to work for a competitor.

      positive outlook in the market, regions, globally room for improvements ... maybe too much that HAS to be improved?!

      huge differences between US and EMEA organization a. could recommend working for the US ops b. EMEA just does not kick off - 80s work/management style + tools
