      Avantages

      It is a great place to start if you want to learn different aspects of manufacturing. Otherwise, not much else.

      Inconvénients

      CEO made to many decisions for management, often times without clear direction as too why. Would wear a lot of hats at the company but never for the things I actually knew how to do. People were let go at a moments notice and no discussions on how to improve, etc.

      Avantages

      The culture in Carlsbad, CA is amazing. Close knit, friendly, helpful, open, flexible, leadership is simply the best, gym, kegerator, everything you'd want and then some.

      Growing pains (it's a good problem)

      They order off Uline so you may get a cheap gift for the holidays

      Inconvénients

      Family members managing each other, limited knowledge of manufacturing processes and standards, reluctant to change
