Avantages
Very organized onboarding/ramping, great people who go out of your way to make you feel welcome, fun culture activities (even during regular working hours), impressive benefits, great vision from leadership, a product that is essentially needed and super helpful.. a company you can be proud to work for.
Inconvénients
Overly transparent at times and can seem like information overload, but the intention is positive and everything is saved and can be referred back to.
