I have worked in start ups and large organizations across the silicon valley and I am absolutely thrilled to work for NETGEAR. Another great benefit is that your personal insurance (employee only) is covered by the organization as long as you complete a few simple objectives for health!
Inconvénients
401k is pretty decent, but matching could be improved a bit. I wouldn't say that NETGEAR is the best "first job" type of place. Employees here tend to be more seasoned so expectations are higher than other places.
