      Good products, and good support from Germany HQ.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of leadership in the U.S. office and currently no President to manage and lead. Inexperienced management from Germany and lack of understanding in the U.S. market.

      I have been extremely happy with my work-life balance at this company. I enjoy what I do for work and have fun doing it!

      Must be flexible to work off-hours from time to time.

      Avantages

      Netzsch Pumps is a well estabilshed and globally respected manufacture in the positive displacement pump industry.

      Inconvénients

      1-Communication gaps between department. (no one knows) 2-Inconsistent management styles across regions. (Every day keep changing, CEO go to sleep wakes up with a new idea and we have to try it. majority of the time its a disastor. 3-Training and career development can be reactive.(good luck) 4-High turn over. my entire office quit including the VP. 5-Yearly bonus supposed to be 10k you end up with $2500 or $3000 Work / Life balance
