      Avantages

      Netzsch Pumps is a well estabilshed and globally respected manufacture in the positive displacement pump industry.

      Inconvénients

      1-Communication gaps between department. (no one knows) 2-Inconsistent management styles across regions. (Every day keep changing, CEO go to sleep wakes up with a new idea and we have to try it. majority of the time its a disastor. 3-Training and career development can be reactive.(good luck) 4-High turn over. my entire office quit including the VP. 5-Yearly bonus supposed to be 10k you end up with $2500 or $3000 Work / Life balance

      I have been extremely happy with my work-life balance at this company. I enjoy what I do for work and have fun doing it!

      Must be flexible to work off-hours from time to time.

      I've worked with some good people.

      Inconvénients

      Very fast turnover rate in the office and warehouse. Unrealistic production goals and expectations. No reinvestment into its employees, their productivity needs (technology or tools) or building locations. They do not make the most of their vendor relationships and just push for bottom dollar on every purchase, losing money, value, and quality in the long run.
