      Avantages

      Not sure there were many pros. Sounded like good opportunity until upper level management made decisions based on ego and wanted everything to happen in their location

      Inconvénients

      Don't trust upper management. Was not a good opportunity. Was hired in and while in training was let go a week after I was hired due to wanting to hire all employees through the Chicago site... All smoke and mirrors. Not one thing I was told in the hiring process came through

      Avantages

      Best sales support of any employer I have worked for. I've been with New Horizons (NH Learning Solutions) for several years. The level of support and recognition for the sales force is superior to any I have experienced. Hard work and positive attitudes are appreciated and rewarded. I enjoy getting up and going to work because I know I can make something exciting happen every day. It's that kind of culture.

      Inconvénients

      It's not easy but no sales role is. Like every sales position I know of, you reap what you sow. You get out of it what you put into it. I have seen some new sales reps come in and expect to be successful without the effort. They weren't. I have seen far more reps come in with a can-do attitude, put forth the time and effort, and enjoy the financial rewards and the company recognition.
