Avantages
I have been employed here for the past one year, and this is also my first job. I received good exposure during my time here, and my colleagues and managers have been very helpful and supportive. Being a US-based company, I regularly communicate with US teams, which has significantly improved my professional communication skills and confidence in English. Compared to some of my peers working in startups or other companies who often face high work pressure, unrealistic deadlines, and frequent after-office hours work, the work culture here is relatively balanced and manageable. The company also organizes half-yearly office parties and an annual event, which helps in team bonding. Overall, it has been a good learning and growth experience for me as my first corporate role.
Inconvénients
Like any organization, there are a few areas for improvement. In some cases, collaboration could be better, as a few individuals tend to focus only on their own responsibilities rather than teamwork. Growth and recognition also sometimes appear to depend more on visibility and relationship management than purely on merit. Additionally, the absence of company-organized trips or off-site outings is something that I feel could be improved to enhance employee engagement.
