This was one of the most disorganized companies I've worked for, and it was that way well before I joined — shifting priorities with no clear ownership, processes that existed on paper but were never followed, and constant scrambling that could've been avoided with basic planning. It's been over a month since my departure and I still have admin access to multiple live client accounts, despite flagging this to the team repeatedly.
