Gained many valuable skill sets needed to be successful in any business. The people are friendly, encouraging, positive and fun. The exec manager goes above and beyond for her people and provides every resource for them to grow in the company. The business module is very simple and proven very successful. A People building people business. If you're a self motivated, self starter type of person this is perfect. Requires lots of time and energy but the end all goal is amazing.

Only con is that it is a full time gig. Not just fourth hours a week. It consumes your whole life. Which is awesome and exciting with a great goal to be met at the end. Not for everyone though. And that's okay.

Excellent at teaching how to lie to people: employees, new hires, and customers.

Everything about this company, owner, employees is crap. They are professional liars. All the systems you learn are just in place to help you become a successful liar, but the moment you start to question ANYTHING, you get a convo and will either be sent home or fired. They don't need you. And if you have ANYONE you love in your personal life, you must be willing to choose work over them. Because any speck of personal life you had prior to working here is GONE. They will literally preach it in the office every morning. Sacrifice time now for time later. But that time will never come. Everything they tell you is a lie. This business will only work for you if you are willing to work and commit every moment outside of work to this business.
