      Avantages

      Tips are sometimes generous. payrate by fanduel is ok.

      Inconvénients

      Union doesn't support workers only the racetrack. A lot of outside hiring for supervisors and managers don't expect to climb up the ladder. Also The top management love to point out how fast the company is growing and how much they are making just don't expect any appreciation other than a good job.

      Avantages

      -Pay is direct deposited into your bank account

      Inconvénients

      -Management expects you to stand during your 8 hour shift as if you’re a palace guard without sitting -Management will write you up 6 months later for being late to work if you’ve had a disagreement -Management will ask you to work a 14 hour day if they’re short staffed -Len was the worst manager Fanduel/Meadowlands has ever had
