      Avantages

      Great benefits, excellent insurance, very affordable benefits. Employer takes care of their employees on the benefits.

      Inconvénients

      No potential for advancement. Working nights, weekends and holidays are required. Tough to get time off for vacations. Management is a ignorant or clueless. Too many managers not doing anything.

      Avantages

      The work schedule was flexible and time off was generous. NightHawk is a global company so there were opportunities to travel..

      Inconvénients

      Salary compensation was not fair and upper management was lacking in some areas. For the most part the executive management didn't put the effort in to get to know the employees that kept the business going.
