Inconvénients
- Nepotism - Cliques - “Leadership” - Pay - Clients get pushed through despite not doing their work - Lack of support from administration - Gaslighting - The least paid have the most expectations - Treatment from leadership to subordinates - Being told to write a positive employee review - Google reviews effecting pay of people who have nothing to do with what Google reviews - Despite being told it’s not and “us” (staff) and “them” (clients) environment, it’s not the truth - Directors are paid VERY WELL but they also push their responsibilities onto others and then get mad if you don’t do it properly without guidance - Crumbl cookies are not moral savers Synopsis: The turnover is insane, the directors and all leadership tell you one thing to your face and then stab you in the back. When you are the golden child, life is great, but the second you don’t blindly follow and put your faith and future in someone else’s hands, your screwed. Watching the counselors spiral with they horrible workloads was heartbreaking. What saves any sort of good feeling towards the company has nothing to do with the company itself but with the clients who actually work for their recovery.
