      Avantages

      To gain basic knowledge its best organization. I learn all basics of IT , helping leaders, good environment.

      Inconvénients

      salary is too less, we can't even full fill our basic needs , less chances of increment, bond is compulsory for 1 year or 2 year, work load is too high, leaves are too limited if yours leaves are pending and want to apply but if work load is in company then they not accept for any emergency reason .

      Avantages

      Good Training, Experienced Individuals on certain technologies who can help you develop skills. Payment on time to employees, whether prime vendor/client pays on time or not good infrastructure, knowledgeable attorney and HR/accountant.

      Inconvénients

      I have a very bad encounter with Novisync when I left the company to join another big company FUll TIME. I never got my experience letter which they promised to give me, due to that I had to go through hell as I was kept on requesting my doc through email and they replied that HR was not there blah blah and after 6 months they stopped responding . I was asking this EXP letter for my GC and after 9 months I had to apply my GC with out Novisync EXPERIENCE Still I am giving them good rating because they have treated me well until that point.
