By carrying a title of "NTUC", the Management doesn't worry about their job stability, and continue enjoy high salary. 3. Using "contribution to society" as an excuse of low revenue of company 4. Management focus on pleasing the NTUC Group rather than the growth of the company 5. Most Management team MIA during office hours, golfing and coffee 6. Find excuse to explain to Board, instead of finding solution to generate revenue
