      Avantages

      Great flexibility, salaries are competitive for the region, and all the administrative members (HR, Finances, the CEO) are always accessible to hear feedback, and hear anything you have to say and how you feel in the company and working for the clients

      Inconvénients

      The client's PMs, and POs don't provide much support to the team. No paid time off or vacations in this consultancy model... Missing them... :/

      - As an emergent company, need to grow in the benefit, but they are doing just good so far.

      Nice people. They always care about you. Great side rewards and compensation. Great clients. Good and challenging work.

      No cons so far, have been a great year and a half working with them
