      +Positivity and willingness to assist with issues that come up +Upper management didn't micro-manage and trusted their employees +Enthusiasm at work was really contagious

      Inconvénients

      -When they decided to let you go, you basically get kicked to the curb like yesterday's trash. -lacking communication from within (my supervisor didn't even know I was let go until AFTER it happened)-promoted someone who failed and basically tanked an entire department.

      Avantages

      The company is very progressive. There are many organizations to be involved in. They are very big on community projects. They believe in promotion from within. The salaries are very good in most departments.

      Inconvénients

      HR is not confidential. HR representative and management hold grudges. In one department, advancement and compensation is based on popularity, instead of merit.
