Avantages
I have been with Omniplex for a year and a half now and I absolutely love my role and responsibility within the company! I have really supportive managers who always push me to be the best I can be. There's a real 'family' feel within the business and everyone is always happy to get stuck in and contribute to the success of the business. I hope to be here for many many years and it is so exciting to see the company growing!
Inconvénients
Whilst the growth of the company is essentially a really big pro, it can mean that the work volume can be very demanding at times. But on the flip side, management are always open to feedback on how we feel day in day out and are always really supportive when we feel like we feel we cannot cope with the workload passed our way.
