      Really good progression opportunities for staff no matter how experienced if they work hard

      Inconvénients

      Minimum wage starting and begin in a Sales/Customer Care team which isn't for everyone so staff sometimes leave quite quickly due to this

      Avantages

      Work-life balance, flexibility, easy-going and fun. I get along with everyone in the office, they have become my family.

      Inconvénients

      Customer service can be challenging, especially when your target is a wide range. Can be hard to please everyone.
