      Avantages

      - having a working experience - getting responsibilities - the hectic working tempo might enable you to have a better time management

      Inconvénients

      - a boss company, almost all decisions are made by the boss - work attitude and professionalism are major problems, you might receive harsh-sounding emails or warnings, led by the boss and followed by his managers - salary is a way lower than the average on the market, the company`s strategy usually is based on hiring fresh foreign graduates so that they work with a high tempo and low salary - the company does not have any expertise except LCA because the priority of the company is to usually hire fresh graduates.

      Avantages

      I enjoyed working with them and would welcome a chance to come back. There's a good sense of camaraderie and people were patient while i was learning my way around.

      Inconvénients

      Not all processes spelled out so you I had to ask a lot of times for help.

      International colleagues. Very nice people, for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership team is under tremendous pressure from Investors to deliver exponential results and who seems to have no idea how to deliver them other than to exhort staff to "work harder".
