Not to much opportunity to grow

Small company, very friendly engineering team. Ample opportunities to work both ends of the engineering process, with designing, as well as assembly and testing.

As an intern, there was little opportunity for self direction, often had to wait for other engineers to return from meetings to receive the next task.
