      Avantages

      Historically was a really good company and culture, and transparent Leadership/CEO. That was then.

      Inconvénients

      Strong Leadership has disappeared, and the CEO has allowed the Investor led addition of a very poor CRO and CFO to dictate how the company runs and changed the culture to a micro-managed, threatening culture. This was highlighted over the last 6 months and in particular early January when there were a number of great people dismissed by the CRO. Typical big ego, and clearly no idea.

      Avantages

      Great environment with lots of collaboration and collegiality. I have tons of flexibility and I really enjoy the work I do.

      Inconvénients

      There are no cons compared to where I have worked in the past!

      Great Coworkers. Everyone is genuine. Lovely Customers. Lots to learn. Plenty of tech and process to dig into Fast growing company in a dynamic industry.

      If it was easy- someone else would be doing it :)
