      Pros are a thing of past

      Inconvénients

      Mgmt takes decisions and others just have to follow without any reasoning. Freshers are getting recruited so that no-one opposes them. Policies are made just for mgmt's favour. HR and Admin is just waste of position.

      Amazing colleagues. Great Team Leader. The benefits in general are pretty good. The location is perfect
