Avantages
The pay is really good depending on the number of hours you've worked. This is project-based so expect the employment to be short. It works best if this is as an extra job. The senior employees are really kind and responsive. It's a very good WFH work environment. They are very understanding with everyone's time and allows days worth of break for rest or emergency. You just always have to inform them.
Inconvénients
Your productivity depends greatly on the difficulty of the questions you will be answering. Sometimes, the number of working hours I declared is way less than the actual working hours. It went as far as reducing my declared working hours by 50% (I actually worked for 6 hours but only put 3 hours) just to meet the minimum productivity requirements. But again, this really depends on the questions assigned to you and ALSO the subject!
