Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The pros were unlimited PTO and decent benefits (less so for families). Everything positive about this company was negated by how they treated people who were let go. Benefits aren't worth it if you are not valued as an employee.
Inconvénients
They let go almost 30-40% of the company without notice before the holidays during a kickoff meeting for the next year. They overhired during most of the year and then fired a significant portion of the company. Some people had an hour's notice to say goodbye, and others had mere minutes to collect their things before their computers were wiped.
