      -Great people to work with -A lot of perks and nice working environment -Beautiful office with ping pong table, gym equipment and other things

      -Slow paced & hard to progress with new ideas -Not all people are smart -Not great career progress options and not fully transparent -Teams not collaborate so well

      Avantages

      Truly international in scope and reach, with a mostly HR-centric culture that values employees and delivers management training and feedback well. Nice offices, especially in Norway, and a collaborative and open culture with very little finger-pointing. Lots to do, and many resources with which to do it.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes a little too European and slow-moving, particularly with regard to setting a direction and sticking to it and/or not shedding unpromising programs or projects quickly enough.
