      Avantages

      Great coworkers and benefits. Getting massages as a part time worker is definitely more than I expected when I started.

      Inconvénients

      Documentation was somewhat lacking for the backend that I was working on, which meant that it took a while for me to make meaningful contributions.

      Avantages

      Truly international in scope and reach, with a mostly HR-centric culture that values employees and delivers management training and feedback well. Nice offices, especially in Norway, and a collaborative and open culture with very little finger-pointing. Lots to do, and many resources with which to do it.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes a little too European and slow-moving, particularly with regard to setting a direction and sticking to it and/or not shedding unpromising programs or projects quickly enough.
