      Avantages

      Great learning experience Basic foundation of fronine care Long shifts = shorter days Decent Pay with OT Builds structure of what a hospital employee must adhere to

      Inconvénients

      -Pay increases never occured regularly unless you hassled upper management - Staffing office will call you non stop because they are always short. - Staffing office workers and Human resource workers do not know how to effectively communicate - All upper management pass the blame -Unit managers have such nast attitudes and belittle indivduals and make accusations trying to get Patient care assistants lose their jobs.

      Avantages

      The company sucks however the hospital is great to work in depending on your unit location.

      Inconvénients

      There is absolutely no room for growth in this company. I worked there for 2 years before I received a raise and was laid off soon after.
