      1.Very Good platform for freshers to enhance their skills and can work in projects with the youth leadership initiative by the organization. 2.Organization promotes health and fitness as mandatory. 3.Work culture is to gain respect by individual excellence.

      Inconvénients

      1.Organization should provide Saturday as weekly off for fresher too.

      Avantages

      1. Great place to start with career as fresher. Ample opportunities your way to excel your skill and explore new things if you are keen and clear on your goals. 2. Self expression is an add-on advantage and has proven to be very helpful for many individuals in choosing right path towards their goal and progression. 3. Attractive salaries and client satisfaction surveys which keeps an individual motivated. 4. Good exposure to project life cycle and other departments which we don't get to see in large organisations.

      Inconvénients

      1. More room to streamline HR/ Accounts process and employee satisfaction. 2. Provide payslips every month. 3. PF and TDS credit should be up to the mark,
