Incredible mission-first culture. The company excels at empowering its people while consistently going above and beyond for customers. It's rewarding to work for an organization that prioritizes its employees.

No significant cons to report. The company does a great job of maintaining its standards. There is a focus on accountability, which could be challenging for those who haven't been held accountable in the past, but I do not see that as a con.

The pay is the only thing about this job that is decent.

If your white you will be treated like crap. This is the most racist place ive ever worked for. Dont have curly hair if your white becuase you will be asked to change it as if it doesnt grow out of my head that way. You will not be able to work your way if your white unless you've been working for the company for years. Extremly Toxic work environment if your pretty and smart find another job you will be torn down if not by your co-workers then by management 1 way or another. They replaced management a few years back it's worse now then it has ever been before. You get paid bi monthly your taxes will be messed up becuase whom ever does them in Corporate messes up a lot.
