HORRIBLE senior management team. Most of them lack the experience and ability to perform their current roles, much less manage staff. Very reactive, no strategic vision. Leadership does not respect thoughts and opinions of workers. Ed Fotsch is listed on this site as CEO, but that is incorrect. Ed has not been in the role for the last year, and things have been worse than ever since he left.
