      Avantages

      The right place to increase the level of knowledge. Excellent for young professional. Good Health care.

      Inconvénients

      There is not a evaluation system. Managers are young than normal. It jeopardizes new ideas coming from subordinates. Seniors are leaving. Many factors, the most important training and salaries.
