      Flexible work hours, management very well prepared for dealing with different kinds of issues, employees and culture preserved in a way that always trives on respect and empathy.

      Inconvénients

      Hybrid work being implemented with 3 days per week at the office.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Inconvénients

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
