      flexible schedule. easy to ask for time off work

      Inconvénients

      No payed lunch. ONLY 30 MINUTES LUNCHES. No pto even if you have jury duty. If you need to request time off, be cautious that even if you've been at the same post for over a year, they will replace you. Despite getting approval for a vacation without pay, they need a guard to take your post and will just say "ohh well. you left so they get the post now" Leave this job for the elder men. If youre under 40, you can find a better job no problem!

      Avantages

      Pacific is a good choice of business that can help your business be protected. No body told me to say this or is paying me cash or anything. This is Blessed company. Truthfully this company is a really good company. They pay every friday direct deposit. This company is own by a successful African American man.

      Inconvénients

      Ex employee's may say they hate the company because some positions pay rate is low or don't get enough hours. Whoever those people are they should just stop doing security and run their own business so we could see it not easy making everyone happy all at once.
