      Good knowledge improvement, scope for growth (not financial though, lol)

      Inconvénients

      Low paid hard work, promotion to senior titles not accompanied by commensurate pay, wildly incompetent HR

      Avantages

      Some editors were capable and helpful but they left due to payment/growth issues.

      Inconvénients

      The work culture is rife with bad office politics. Senior employees try to micromanage and underpay. Worst of all, friendships in office are ostensibly discouraged through various policy and cultural aspects.
