      - A good place to improve your skills rapidly - Peers will inspire you to produce your best work - Flat hierarchy organization structure

      Inconvénients

      - You're expected to work on weekends and on public holidays - Management is bias towards certain individuals - Delivery of feedback is harsh which often led to demotivating and anxiety

      Avantages

      My time at Parallel Labs was very engaging and informative. The projects I received were challenging and the environment is one which encourages trying new things.

      Inconvénients

      I think there could have been more focus on research during the projects rather than jumping directly into the design aspect of it.
