      - Interaction with the different departments of the company, such as, design to finances, warehouse, etc. - Hard working colleges

      Inconvénients

      - Lower than average salaries - No work methodologies - Upper management stuck in the stone age - No career progress. You are basically stuck in your position unless you are one of those that have been working here for +10 years and climb simply because everyone above you has left.

      Avantages

      Sendo obrigatoriamente part-time, tentam facilitar os horários aos lojistas.

      Inconvénients

      Difícil progressão dentro da empresa, e quando acontece é geralmente em cima do joelho e não avaliam/escolhem bem quem posicionar em certos cargos. Exigem demais para aquilo que pagam.
