Avantages
people in certain teams are nice and knowledegable
Inconvénients
no growth, repeat work and mostly unmotivated people who can't pass exams due to being overworked. focus is on production and although they have an actuarial program, there are many people that have stopped taking exams. team leaders are amateurs and very insecure themselves. would avoid
