      Avantages

      Decent pay. The individuals are great

      Inconvénients

      Upper management sucks especially associate directors, directors and vps. They don’t care about their staff and work you to death. You don’t get any real training. Nursing team and clinical team are very helpful and great to work with.

      The work is really fulfilling. You can feel like you’re making a difference in people’s lives.

      Sometimes with staffing there can be some long hours.
